Return Policy
Please inspect your pottery carefully upon receipt. Should your order get damaged in transit, I will gladly issue an exchange. Please contact me at amandaproctorceramics@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving your package with images of broken items and the shipping label.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom Orders or Pet Portrait Mugs.I try to be very clear with communicating what you are receiving with a custom purchase. You will have a chance to express your opinion in the process, but once I am finished and it is shipped, I will not offer a return/exchange for your item.
Variation
Each piece is handmade, wheel thrown, hand carved. No two are 100% alike, please allow for minor variances in design and shape.
• Handedness – if you have strong opinions on righty or lefty, contact me!
• Glaze color – Each mug is unique and glazed individually. The glaze will probably have slight variations than the image pictured. They will be darker/lighter, with highlights/lowlights, drips, streaks, and movement.
• We do our best to accurately depict our mugs in photos, but they may appear differently on different screens.
